Phineas and Ferb Friendships: Healthy to Healthiest ❤️

In the world of Disney’s “Phineas and Ferb”, it’s hard to find many people who outright hate each other. Many characters instead become fast friends with each other. Heck, even being someone’s nemesis or bully can barely warrant that much animosity. The show is also one of the few to show step siblings in a completely positive light without there being a ‘warming up to each other’ period, to the point where some audience members don’t even realize that the two titular characters are step brothers. Simply put, this cartoon has a lot of great relationships, and we’re here to spotlight them all.

If there was a toxic area, Doof and his parents would clearly be the most toxic.
  • I think the best way to describe Phineas’s obliviousness is this line: “My son, for someone so intelligent, the obvious often eludes you.” -Master Splinter (2012)

The main thing that makes Isabella more mature and open minded than Phineas Is that she’s more aware of the social cues of those around her Phineas is so oblivious to everything and only cares about inventing You gotta feel bad for Isabella constantly trying to get Phineas’ attention in harmless non creepy ways (unlike other characters like Tootie, Panini , Helga and The Kankers) and Phineas only caring about what they’re gonna make
  • It's really telling how wholesome the show is when there's no toxic relationship in sight.
  • Another point for buford and Isabella, in one episode buford helped Isabella and the fireside girls earn a badge (I think it was a tracking badge) by dressing up as a bear and letting the girls chase after him.
  • Another thing is the reason why Dr.Doof is so smothering to his daughter because how his parents treated him poorly
  • I'm glad Doof started treating Norm good in season 4, specifically Love at first Byte. I personally would'nt hold it against Doof for treating Norm bad, he clearly doesn't see Norm as a son so I wouldn't hold it against his great parental status. I also love how Phineas and Ferb is the only duo in the show to never fight, even when it was set up in "Nerds of a feather" I also love Candace and Stacy's friendship, Stacy is incredibly tolerant and loyal and although Candace doesn't treat her amazing, she still sticks around, get a buddy like Stace
  • The thumbnail for this video is misleading. You said it’s Healthy To Most Healthy, yet the thumbnail says that Vanessa and Heinz Doofenshmirtz’s Relationship is the most healthy, Phineas and Isabella’s Relationship is in The Grey Area and Phineas and Ferb’s Relationship is the Most Toxic. You should really take your time and check these thumbnails before uploading a video.

FINALLY! Someone realizes how toxic Phineas and Ferb’s relationship is. I am repulsed by how many times Phineas continually praises and thanks him.
  • Phineas & Ferb is the best Disney Channel tv show in my opinion, and I watched it during my childhood. Perry The Platypus, and Dr. Doofensmirtz may be sworn enemies of each other, but their friendship ends up outshining their whole rivalry throughout their time on the show. I totally agree that the main boy genius stars of the show Phineas & Ferb get the gold metal of healthy friendship.🔰🦆💕🤖

Even back then, i've always thought the best relationship in the show was with Phineas and Ferb.

Amazing video, as always! I am so glad that Doof and Perry are that close to the top because, as you said, their work relationship is literally in opposition to each other. As much as they “hate” each other, they are also each other’s best friends in a sense. Doofenshmirtz has shown on multiple occasions that he never wanted to hurt Perry the wrong way, and promised to “hurt you in the right way, with cartoonish physical violence” as he puts it in “It’s About Time.” It shows just how much his relationship with Perry means to him. Perry also reciprocated the relationship by helping Doof as seen in the series finale and a couple of other episodes when he asked for it.
  • It’s also satisfying to see the relationship between Candace, Phineas and ferb in the healthier tier (4th place)❤🥰
  • I personally disagree with Doofenshmirtz and Perry’s Relationship getting The Silver Medal For Most Healthy. It should’ve been after Monogram and Carl’s Relationship and before Buford and Baljeet’s Relationship. The reason being that Doofenshmirtz constantly traps Perry every time he enters his evil lair and sometimes ditches Perry to put his plans into action. For example, in the episode “Raging Bully”, Doofenshmirtz exits an abandoned cake factory to torture citizens with his Slave-inator, leaving Perry stuck in a bowl of Doonkelberry cake mix until a swarm of bats came along to help him track Doofenshmirtz. This was also the case in the episode “Journey To The Center Of Candace”, where Doofenshmirtz escapes the abandoned vacuum cleaner factory despite getting trapped, but it wasn’t long before Perry managed to escape and follow him to the top of the vacuum used for the building’s decoration. Doofenshmirtz even nearly fed Perry to a swarm of crocodiles with the assistance of his ex-girlfriend during the song “Happy Evil Love” in the episode “Chez Platypus”. To summarize it, while Doofenshmirtz does care about Perry deeply, he continues to torture Perry and risk his life and safety, unbeknownst to Phineas, Ferb and Candace. That relationship should not be considered one of, if not the, Most Healthy Relationships in the series overall. If I could give The Silver Medal For The Most Healthy Phineas and Ferb Relationship, I would give it to Isabella and Ferb’s Relationship. Why? Because Ferb is aware that Isabella has a crush on Phineas and is always willing to leave Phineas and Isabella alone and never violates their privacy. The episodes “Canderemy” and “Happy Birthday, Isabella” serve as the best examples of this relationship. For all we know, Ferb displays much more awareness than Phineas, who does nothing but talk about the stuff they’re doing on that day.
  • Wicked binge: No romantic relationships. Also Wickedbinge: Isabella and Phineas.
