I have to say that I met David Johnson and learned that he is not only a visionary but also a fantastic developer and ever more, an incredible human being. I also had the honor to stay in the guest house, Rainbow and I have to confirm is that everything Enes described in this incredible video, is absolutely 100% true. The property is simply amazing and Oil Nut Bay is a paradise.

Your videos have improved greatly in one year's time. And, they were very good to begin with. Of particular note the editing: the introduction, the segways from inside to outside using "action" shots (palm fronds and pool waters being moved by the wind), incorporating the night into the day segment instead of keeping it at the end entirely. Just really enjoyable!

This is one of the only homes shown on this whole channel that actually looks liveable. The room sizes and designs are not insane and the furniture and appliances actually look like ones that you would find in a middle class home. I still would rather have a small cozy suburban home, but I feel like I could spend a few days there, which I couldn't say for 99% of the homes shown on this channel. Cool video.

This is one of those house you picture yourself living in it and just feeling ultra blissfulness every single day. l would play the song "what a wonderful world" each morning I wake up with a mug full of coffee and just endlessly staring at the views.

It's more than a five-star resort! Golf cart transport means luxury! The sea views all around are incredible, and the exterior looks like a mansion that blends in with nature! The most impressive interior decoration is that water wall, and the roof plants and maintenance plan are the biggest highlights! Of course, we did not forget the water activities. And cannot wait for the upcoming video on October 1st. Thank you Enes for showing us such a beautiful paradise on earth! 👍🥰🙌
