INGREDIENTS:

• 2 lb ground chicken
• 4 large eggs
• 3 oz beef heart or liver
• 1 cup green peas
• ⅓ cup spinach
• ½ cup carrots
• ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
• 2 tbsp flaxseed oil

STEPS:

1. Place everything EXCEPT ground chicken in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until consistent throughout.
3. Combine blended ingredients with ground chicken in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
4. Fill a sous vide bag with the mixture and vacuum seal.
5. Using a sous vide, heat 3 quarts of water to 161℉ (or 72℃).
6. Cook for 2 hours.
7. Carefully remove the bag from the water, dry it, and serve. Refrigerate the meat after it cools or freeze it to extend shelf li

  • Sous Vide does not improve shelf life. The bags seem BPA free, if not it will damage your dog's hormone levels = specifically progesterone and estrogen.
