  • I wish we wouldn't have heard Mae speak until the movie's release, it would have been a bigger suprise and we would have share the same reaction as the apes.

SHE SPEAKS! I KNEW IT! That “she is smarter than most” line really did mean something

0:45 I wish they kept the fact that she could talk a secret until the movie comes out similar to what rise did with Caesar and how they revealed he could talk when the movie released

0:51 Raka mind to Noa: "Did you hear that bs? She already has a name AFTER I named her."

Really feels like a stealth remake of the 1968 film: - An orangutan filling the role of a scholar or a tribes’ wise “man” - One intelligent human with more “modern”clothes amongst all the humans that have regressed and are wearing simple clothing. - An extended scene of apes hunting a human(s) in a field of long grass - Apes being shocked into silence when they hear a human speak for the first time in however many centuries

Of course she can talk. Her adoptive father is a wise Witcher. 😂
  • I've heard about this series so many times but never had the chance to watch until a couple weeks ago. It's absolutely captivating, beautiful, awesome. I can't wait to watch "Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes".
  • Raka just dropping his stuff when may speaks is priceless and also how was she able to speak if there was no one to help her?
  • Finally! Ive been waiting for someone in this movie to mention Caesar by name! And i wish they wouldve saved her speaking for the release to make it more of a surprise

So good to know that ladies tank tops and skinny jeans will always be in style, even in a post apocalyptic lifestyle.
