I thought any problem on the street side of the sidewalk was the city's responsibility to fix? I know, at least in my town, if there's a nuisance tree between the sidewalk and the street, and I want to cut it down, I can't do it, because the city claims jurisdiction and control over that. Double standard?

why don't you set up a gofundme for the poor gal, her house was probably older then the homes around her and they had alot more fill dirt added when they built, she's down in a hole as you can easily see on the video.
