Oooh God, I have never heard someone put it so well, we are all from the same creator and its our duty to protect that which gives us life, nature. She has a beautiful soul. Thank you

-
Thank you for such an interesting talk and for teaching more about your culture.

Tai, what a beautiful display of sharing with us your ancestral teachings of being and knowing and doing. Beliefs that belong to our history and should rightfully be embedded into new (American as it is known as) culture. Wow, keep shining, you are here to share Indigenous spiritual teachings to the world..I believe that anyway.

Thank you!

Hey Ted talks! Why did you block the ghislaine lecture? Copyright infringement??? Seems a bit suspect. Also, the comments are turned off. What is the secrecy about?
-
Chi-miigwech for this wonderful story! An important moral and call to action. Your storytelling is very beautiful and so greatly appreciated.

Connected to the undercooked but not the overcooked- there was a bit of anti-blackness in this omission. I understood that she was talking to "assumedly" a predominantly white crowd- and she was trying to bridge the colonizer and colonized- but the fact that she talks bout the overcooked but does not reference it in the connection is odd.

Your so amazing

I wish I could have attended this presentation in person. How spiritually nurishing it would have been to stand and walk out right around 0:36.

Anyone here because of Mr Jovic

The creation story you tell is the same as Blackfoot.... Cree origins are a bit different that I was taught. I won't get into it to take away the teachings provided...Blackfoot teachings are so valuable to what humans are and can be to society .
