去年の今頃から父親が車椅子住宅に引っ越し、ほぼ毎週末に実家に戻り、父親の介護生活を状況になって、何も知識も無い状態で車椅子からのベッドやトイレに移動生活介助等をして、父親に対して実践練習の日々でした。 自分なりに父親の負担と、自分の腰の負担を減らす為に、見本となる動画を探してたどり着いたのがココのサイトになり、今では、自分にとっての大切な『動く教科書』になっています。 上方移動については、自分にとってのかなり難点で困っていました。 今度実家に戻って、父の介助をする時には実践してみたいと思います。 いつも動画で勉強させていただいて、本当にありがとうこざいます。

高さ調整が出来ないベットで体重のある全介助の利用者さんがいます。肩甲骨から腕を入れ上方から引いていました。それでも重くて｡｡2回目のやり方で実践してみたいと思います！とても勉強になりました。ありがとうございました。

グループホームですが全介助の方のお世話も必要になってきて、不得意な上方移動の方法はとても参考になります。出来ない介助者より出来る介助者の方が利用者さんにとっても安心出来ますね。反省ばかりです(^^;ありがとうございます。

介護レベルの高い施設で働いています。 ラバーを敷いてる利用者さんが多く滑りません。 とにかくどっしりと上半身が重く肩甲骨に手を入れても動かない 私の腕が圧迫されて重さで全く動きません。汗ダクダクになります。 立膝に自分の足を入れるやり方を試したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

今年の5月から父の在宅介助を始めました。 初めは自分でトイレにも行きお風呂にも一人で入っていたのですが、みるみる体力が無くなり今ではトイレも行けなくなり立ち上がるのも一苦労なほどになりました。 お尻に褥瘡も出来、2週間前からエアーマットに変えました。でもどんどんずり落ちるのでせっかく足を上げる機能があっても上手く使えませんでした。 当初は父も自分で上方移動出来ていたのですが最近は出来ず、家族も介助の仕方が分からずこの動画を見てダメなやり方ばかりしていました💦 早速試してみたいと思います❣️ チャンネル登録して色々な動画を見て参考にさせて頂きたいと思います。

うちの職場（訪問介護事業所）では、ビニールを身体の下に敷かせていただいて上方移動するとやりやすいと習いましたが、イマイチうまくできず、痛くないか確認して、ベッド上部から脇の下に手を入れて引っ張るやり方をしてしまっていました。。肩甲骨と骨盤に手をいれると分かりやすく説明していただいたのはありがたかったです🙏✨
