  • I can sure see the difference in Sleeping Bear and Indiana dunes! Wow the climb looked wicked! I can definitely see why the Upper Falls reminded you of Cumberland Falls. The wife and I have been talking about visiting Pictured Rocks. Sure looked like a great trip! Thanks for sharing!
  • nicole hikesalot here, amazing journey and I miss the UP. You had some awesome campsites and that first boondocking spot by the lake was great. Still have to make it to the Porcupine Mountains, it looked amazing. Definitely true that the UP is wild and just as amazing as any place out west.

  • Just spent the 4th of july week on the north shore of lake Michigan never got above 76 while most of the country was in the 90s including downstate
