TMS time again! This video isn't as dramatic as my first video (link below). I was starting to get depressed again, so I decided to nip it in the bud. Today, I feel great!

Link to my book, Idiots and Robots. The book is not about TMS. It's fiction about zombies, robots, cults, and dumb people.

Trigger warning: the story "a satisfied customer" depicts a dude having a serious mental breakdown. You can skip this story and the book will still make sense.

My first and most dramatic TMS before and after video:    • TMS Before and After

Sorry my video quality isn't amazing. I want to support others who are going through depression, but don't have time to figure out how to make it *fancy*.

Your vulnerability, advocacy for mental health, and just overall being totally authentic is so very inspiring and empowering. I hope you are well and still in remission.

Thanks so much for chronicling your experiences with this. With the stigma against old school ECT it is a bit worrisome thinking about a doctor shooting things into your brain. But seeing how you opened up over the 3 videos, even from one video to another it was a notable change. The end of this video is like a totally different person than the person in the first week of the first video! If you haven't. You should try rewatching those videos and this one to see the contrast and how far you've come! It's given me a lot of hope and it made me so happy seeing someone change as much as you did for the better!

Depression is a chronic illness that never really truly goes away.... You just treat it for the rest of your life. The tricky part of depression is that it can also be a symptom of another disease or caused by a lack of nutrients like vitamin D, or a hormonal imbalance. Thank you for your feedback, I'm probably going to be giving the treatment a try since I've t/f so many other therapies for this.
  • Thanks for this videos! I'm a psychologist at Mexico working with a psychiatrist learning how to use TMS, you made me feel very excited.

Thank you for sharing I am going through your exact symptoms that you started with. I was taking 10mg celexa and the hospital said I had breakthrough anxiety and depression. Went through 2 months severe anxiety and panic attacks. Panic attacks have stopped but still depressed and severe anxiety. It helps knowing I am not alone.
