Whether you are recovering from a workout or newer to yoga, this short class is a great way to get into all your major muscle groups while also becoming familiar with common yoga poses. I hope you leave feeling looser and lighter!

💘 This class is open to all levels! Experienced students will enjoy a slowed down class to focus on deep stretching, while newer yogis can ease into their practice with a short, non-intimidating flow. See you on the mat!
