Power BI desktop doesn't need an organisational license guys. It's free to use. You might be confusing it with Power BI service.

50:37 that's right, the true value of a Data Analyst and Data Scientist in a company is what insights you can draw from Data to make business decisions. It's not about how good you are at the technicality of the job, a sufficient level is fine, as long as you are giving the business the information that they need. That's also the reason why when people flexing their computer language skills and downplaying others, saying they are superiors, they are missing the point entirely.
