"You're fat." "I'm bloated." "How long have you been bloated?" "20 years." 😂
  • @kanona29
Raising my hand for those who have both the fat and bloating issues 🙋‍♀️😆

Politeness is one of the speciality of Doctor Youn

Wow. This video is filled with concrete tips. Outstanding. Also, I would add, if you’re chipping away at belly fat non surgically, consider a food sensitivity test. I’m lactose intolerant and found a huge difference after I got off of dairy for a while.

I started fasting about 3 years ago, was 220. Last spring, I was 155. IT WORKS PEOPLE! I fell off the wagon the end of last summer and gained some back but that's my own fault. It really does work and there's SO MANY benefits. Wonderful video!

3 things that works to lose weight -eat less -move more -breath more
  • I really trust your advice, Dr Youn. You are so genuine, non-judgemental and so nice in explaining issues. I always watch and re-watch your videos though I don’t usually comment. I have gained a plump tummy after pregnancies… and maybe errr…. too much eating after that. Going to investigate intermittent fasting and the exercises. Thank you, Dr Youn! 😊

Both core work in power yoga and intermittent fasting have made my diastis recti much less pronounced. I'm glad he and Dr. Kiberd addressed it. So many people just say 'get a tummy tuck', lol
  • 👍Reduce refined carbs. Add fatty fish to your diet. Start the day with a high protein breakfast. Drink enough water. Reduce your salt intake.
  • @harperblue
As a physio and a pilates teacher, those are pretty advanced moves to do without teaching appropriate deep stabilising abdominal muscle control. Especially someone with a diastasis or existing postural issues.
  • I went from looking 3-month pregnant to having actual abs in 5-6 months in 2020. I did a few things in parallel - started intermittent fasting ( only eat between noon to 8pm ) ; used Noom to help track calories ( other trackers work too but I found Noom to be the easiest ) and adjust my diet structure; cut off sugar , some carb and some other calorie-dense food : work out every single day and did core / abs exercise; cut out cold food and excessive raw foods. Good luck everyone !
  • Dr. Youn there is nothing I want more in a doctor than knowledge and good bedside manner and you Sr. have mastered both!!!🙏🏼
  • @kayvaldez5815
Things that work for me is I eat very little and I exercise more. I’ve been doing this for 20 years. There is no such an excuse to keep going . Exercise is a lifetime commitment. Determination and self control is a huge part of it.
  • I’m a surgical assist and the reneuvion is amazing, it melts the fat and shrinks the skin. We use it on the arms , love handles, belly, inner thighs, and the neck. No big scares that end up turning hard because of scar tissue. Results that you see right away. I would most definitely skip all the other procedures like the lasers and cold sculpting and save your money and get the reneuvion 🙌
