I’ve been wanting something like this for so long!!

I just installed an Amazon FireHD 10 on my wall with Home Assistant just 6 months ago. Not sure this is better, but it looks great, and I'm sure it's much simpler.

Other Smart Home Hubs cost around $400. The Samsung smartthings station also works as a matter hub with ZigBee and thread and that is 80 dollars. The Smartthings station supports more ZigBee devices then the Echos with Hubs.

When will they make it so you can name your device any name you want

So basically, it’s an Echo Show 8 minus the speaker and camera, but it costs $50 more 🤷🏻‍♂️

Waiting for this But 8” screen?? Why not 10 or 15” 8” seems small for this type divice

Will this be another screen for paid advertisements like the echo show?

the only thing interesting about this that my echo 8 (that's small enough to sit on my desk) can't do is the multiple camera live stream - so unless its compatible with my NVR its not worth it.

This guy is an aggressive hand talker.

Currently using the Pixel Tablet with Sharp Tools to do exactly this - not as user friendly to configure, but infinite flexibility if you're willing to put in the time. The fact that you can detach the tablet and use full Android is a nice bonus.

Which security alarm displays the keypad on this or any echo show?

Wait, I thought this was an Amazon keynote, not an Apple keynote. Thank you SJ junior.

What was the smart lock on the door they had in advert?

Can’t you already do this on a phone?
