My view about North is that they haven't worked hard enough to build support. They've half heartedly committed to Canberra, Gold Coast, Sydney and then Hobart. So didn't grow their supporter numbers, unlike what Hawks did in Launceston. Then they rebuilt at Arden Stree in inner city Melbourne. Surely they should have moved into outer Melbourne , especially in immigrant areas and developed some support and at the same time promote AFL and give back to the AFL. After all, they do receive assistance. I'd say the same about Saints, Bulldogs and Melbourne too. But they have made an effort with Seaford, Ballarat and Casey, but could do it better. Maybe North need to commit to home and away matches at Canberra against GWS, Sydney...(that would be 4 matches straight up in Canberra on a neutral ground) and then play a couple of other home matches there. Try to develop a supporter group. I know GWS is doing a good job, but I think North can gate crash Canberra.

don't worry most kids struggle to concentrate at the footy. so if north get too far behind buy him a few hot dogs and icecreams. he'll enjoy it. spend time in the cheer squad if things get too ugly.
