Jenny's opening message on "diversification" is a key message every new/old investor should understand and imbibe. You must never put all your eggs in one basket. I'll give an unrelated example; An associate of mine lost almost half of his inheritance in the very recent Luna saga and now he feels investments are a scam. Personally, as one who has been into Real Estates for as long as I can remember, I made my first million earlier this year from stocks alone (through the help of a pro though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Imagine what the situation would had been given the present real estates market if I were solely banking on it. Goodluck!
  • ‘I wish I learnt how to do this earlier’ ; The only thing I wish I knew how to do earlier was Investing. I wish started investing earlier than this. Maybe owning an estate would be the least of my achievements.

First comment that isn’t just a cryptocurrency scambot - thanks for the great content as always Mr. Rubenstein!
  • Awesome! your potential seems limitless. I'm fascinated with investing but being a single mother and juggling all these things are quite difficult. How best can I start and what sector to engage in?

Thank you for having Ms. Jenny Johnson on your show. Her analysis shows deep insights and appreciation of her business and its no surprise she and her firm are successful. I also agree with her view on cryptocurrency. Its a distraction.

I really like your interviews. But I appreciate if you firstly upload the full version, then uploading segments separately. This way I dont have to wait abd can watch them as soon as released. Thanks again

    Great interview. Highly informative!

I haven’t watched the interview yet but sure she is talking about some values and how good they are. Some questions still exist 1) Why did the members of Janukovich's (former president of Ukraine) government come to Franklin Templaton in July, 2013? 2) Did they transfer their money to Franklin Templeton from offshore after this visit? 3) What is the role of Franklin Templaton in buying Ukraine's external debt?
  • @ideabank.
Thank you so much David! Please keep doing what you are doing. I am okay with a longer interview.

Franklin Templeton, just like many asset managers still underperform the market and they're charging absurd fees.
