Challenges Are BROKEN...

im super excited for the upcoming sheldon dress up challenge where he gives you random amiibo gear and a random weapon, everyones gonna look so goofy and i cant wait

To all the people saying Challenges should be full time, they actually are! If you queue for X Battle, no matter what map or mode you're on, the challenge "Too Many Trizookas" is active!

I love how chat was saying the fog is coming for the entirety of the foggy games

Ah yes. The best way to win a Swim It to Win It match is to swim in a literal circle around the map and play Mario Kart.

I think the reason why the inkjet and trizooka challenges werent truly infinite is just imagine how painful it would be to paint

I think that there should be a challenge where the weapon, sub, AND special get switched up every 30 seconds, or on every RESPAWN if the devs want chaos.

I think nintendo should do more of these. it's more frequent now, but it should be open at least once a week.

I really hope that in the future they make Challenges a separate permanent rotation, kinda like how arcade works in Overwatch where the modes change daily but the maps rotate every 2 hours. It's so important for a game like Splatoon to have more casual modes for players who don't wanna do comp, but still want some variety!

For Splatoon 4: Some Challenges modes should be included as part of Turf War on casual, activating and deactivating randomly or even in rotation: Foggy Notion, Extreme Jump Battle,Swim It to Win It and fusion of these three . This would make the mode much more fun and random.

If I had to guess, I imagine they didn't do infinite specials because it was a mode that got really old really fast. I already found it kind of annoying that they limit you to the weapons that have the special rather than replacing it for every weapon, since it means out of the 100+ weapons in this game you're only going to see like 5 of them. But imagine how much worse it would feel for variety if everyone basically had the same weapon because they can never turn their special off. An alternative that could be interesting is if exactly one player on each team had infinite special and they'd pass the ball amongst themselves somehow, but I'm not entirely sure how that could even work

Fun idea: Everyone gets ultra stamp every 5 seconds, no matter what weapon they're playing

I loved the dogfights with the All Ink-Jet challenge (even if I mist nearly all my shots)

I got a new challenge for you all. Dynamax: all players would play with the Dynamo Roller with each player being assigned 1/8 randomized buffs. One roller paints more, the vertical flicks goes farther, it rolls faster, it covers more turf, etc. What do you all think?

Challenges looks so fun, but I've only had time to try like 2 of them! I wish they'd make them more readily available.

id like to see a challenge where you get random subs/specials. i wanna see stuff like liter/dart/reefslider for comedic reasons and maybe some extremely op combos as well. also wanna see one where every map and mode is in rotation at once so there is complete chaos. they already proved they can have more than 2 maps active at once with the last splatfest's tricolor rotation.

The pure chaos challenges create is so freaking fun, I REALLY wish they were more common so I could play more than 30 minutes of the actual challenges (not the monthly X rank ripoff) per month.
