Exploring Inside an Abandoned Rental Home

Published 2019-12-24
Step inside this single family rental home, which has been abandoned and vacated for a better part of two decades.
Located in the suburbs, on a well traveled main road, it has been often overlooked and forgotten, only to be set for demolition years ago, but has since never occurred.

Now this was a cool little find. As you can tell, somebody definitely has been staying there long after the original occupants have left. Got brownish carpet has a good mid 80s feel to it and that yellow carpet is a late 1960s early 1970s carpet. I remember that yellow carpet from my childhood. Came across that a lot growing up in the 80s, left over from places that were redone in the late 60s early 70s. All in all a great little find, thank you for taking us along
  • Enjoyed it, Nice little find, smashed the 👍❤️🎅🎄
  • Small homes like this are still among my favorite places to record. I'd say by the looks of that counter top the place hadn't had a remodel since the 80s the stove looked like it could have been mid/late 70s you did a great job recording this Jenifer

I know where this house is and I’ve checked it out recently. It’s really destroyed now, somebody broke the windows, the front door and kicked holes in the walls.
