  • A degree in physics and a masters in nuclear engineering? Respect Tom Tom, respect.
  • Tons of respect for you for leaving Matt’s shop so graciously and professionally.
  • Tom was one of the best additions to MOR. He is a gentleman and a scholar! He is already at 127k subscribers this morning, which goes to show how much respect people have for him. Best of luck, sir!
  • When I see people leaving Matt’s business, I see people that have grown while working for him. I think he is a great leader and teacher. When people leave better than they came I would consider that a success.

The fact that matt shouted your channel out and announced you leaving in your own shop speaks volumes. It shows his respect and friendship not only for you but for your success. Now time to get to work on 3 videos a week. Chop, chop 🚀 🌕
  • It’s cool to hear a little about your come up story and your desires to pursue more of your passions and projects. Here supporting Tom Tom’s Shop from now until forever 🙏
  • @linguo76
I don't think of you as leaving Matt, I think we just got another great youtube channel. And I'm sure we'll see the two of you together on many more adventures to come!
  • @Dmoomey123
The Banter between you and Matt was the best. After 30 years of friendship that's the way real friends talk. I'm Here. Love to the family for supporting your decision.

You were my favorite character on MORR. You will be missed, you guys had great chemistry.
  • @EvelioPerez
I just now found out Tom left MOR. So obviously this is an automatic subscription for me. Tom is one of my fave people in MOR and I am curious to see where this channel goes. This reminds me quite a bit when Will Stelter left Alec Steele and that turned out quite okay. Looking forward to seeing more of this channel

  • @miraclo3
TomTom was at least 60% of the reason why I watched Matts off road recovery. I will definitely continue to watch but this channel has overtaken it's rank. I look forward to all your future projects!
  • You're the only person who left Matt's channel that I'll be following to their own channel, can't wait to see what you end up doing!

Tom, I speculate that you and I would have lots to talk about. Between 1990 and 2004 I was a Nuclear Plant Equipment Operator (N.P.E.O.) at a Southern California Nuclear Generating Site. I heard your Masters in Nuclear Engineering. I have nothing like that however I am pretty familiar with things "Nuclear" I and about 170 others made electricity. By far and away it was the best and most fascinating job I had ever had. I finished my work life working there and you could definitely say that that job made my retirement. Up to 1990 I had been a full time auto and light truck mechanic pretty much from the time I got out of the United States Navy in 1963. I am retired now and have a little 9 acre hobby farm in N.E. Oklahoma. I have a 30'X70' steel shop in my back yard equipped with a twin post lift like you have in your shop. The lift keeps me from having to lay on my back on cold concrete. A good thing for an 81 year old man. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed your video here about your plans in the future. Thank you very much!!
  • its good to see you doing well out away from mat's off road I'm sure your new channel will work our great I will be watching as well.
  • @AFloridaSon
Good luck, Tom. Something tells me we'll see you in future MORR videos. And of course we'll be seeing you here.
  • @DaveC_TN
Thanks for the update video!! Good luck with your new adventure, Tom Tom!!
