You were a great teacher & model to the renter & man that tracked you. You showed them hard work, good equipment, proper techniques, & kindness. Now maybe they will keep the properties maintained. I loved that the next door neighbor did his cleanup while you were working.

I love when the grass is so high that cutting it is an experience 🥰🥰. What a transformation!! Good job as always. You obviously motivated the neighbor to get out there and mow his own yard. Kinda funny watching him running back and forth in the background with his push mower. 😂
