That's how you cook, season on every layer when cooking

I made this for dinner tonight and it was freaking good. I just kind of guessed on amounts, but my husband asked me to pack him some leftovers for lunch. My husband's hates leftovers.

I love the idea of rolling the pasta to hold the filling rather than layering, then the messy slicing... Again, thanks for sharing🤗

Spices:onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun spice, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper

I'm adding spinach to the rolls for color and the barest hint of an attempt at health 😅

Finally someone who can fucking cook.

Seasoning is on point here! I usually see these kind of recipes with such bland seasoning. But this looks awesome 👌🏽

I love this recipe and as a chef I understood the directions perfectly but I do understand the desire for her to write down the ingredients and process in the description

Ingredients Paprika Garlic powder Chicken breast Oven Spoon Al dente lasagna sheets Oven safe plate Pan Lemon juice Avocado oil Cajun spice Salt and pepper Measuring spoons Pecorino Romano Cremini mushrooms Crème cheese Heavy cream Butter I think that’s all of them ——————————————————————— Season chicken breast with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, Cajun spice, avocado oil, salt and pepper. Massage it all in and cool the chicken in a pan until it’s got some color and cooked all the way through. In the same pan get some cremini mushrooms and use the same spices, paprika and garlic powder. Then add lemon juice and once nice and golden put on a plate. For Alfredo sauce chop yellow onions and add minced jalapeños with a few chunks is butter and minced garlic, add some chunks of crème cheese and then pour in a cup I think of heavy cream before letting it simmer while mixing until it’s thick. Finish it with lemon juice and pecorino Romano before getting around 1/2 of the sauce, then pour in your mushrooms and chicken. Pour thin layer of Alfredo sauce in oven sage dish and then get some Al dente lasagna sheets and spoon in some of the mixture you made before rolling it up. Repeat that 8 times or however much you want idc. Then cover it with some more of your sauce and then top it off with some mozzarella cheese and cover with foil before baking in the oven for about 12 minutes. Broil for 2-4 minutes after adding chives until it is golden brown and bubbly on top.
