Roblox thinks a 6 year old is going to see a toy gun accessory on someone in super hero obby and commit genocide on half the country

Fun fact: recently my friend, a minor, got banned for saying the word "the miner is mining the diamonds" for endangering children. We were playing a game about mining. Expect a lawsuit for Roblox from me for endangering children.

UGC creators should launch a lawsuit against Roblox for deleting their items for no reason since they're making real money off of it and it's actually impacting their business and revenue Edit: To the people saying you can't because of the ToS- just because a ToS says you can't sue a company for something doesn't mean it's actually enforceable. In the overwhelming majority of cases it is merely to deter people from actually suing the company. When taken to court that part of the ToS usually becomes null and void and you can still sue and win. The courts have ruled many times that simply failing to read a ToS does not give the company the right to enforce unreasonable terms, and deleting someone's source of revenue for no reason and then saying "haha you can't sue us" is certainly unreasonable.

I’m starting to think that Roblox doesn’t want us to use R6 at all. They remove the R6 converters, they make events where you can only use R15, and right now they only make clothing and UGC items favoring R15 avatars. I wouldn’t be surprised if one day switching to R6 was removed from the avatar settings, and a bunch of games would just be completely broken.

Yeah, the reason behind this is because they don’t use human moderation anymore. They’ve been using their bot system a lot.

The Roblox appeal system really sucks. I tried appealing one of my shirts that got banned for no reason and my appeals kept getting denied as soon as I sent them. It’s like they didn’t even take the time to read them.

It used to be reports didn’t do anything. Now a false report gets you banned

It's gone especially annoying when you're not refunded the items you bought, the vaquita head (a pretty silly item ngl) gets deleted, comes back, and then gets deleted once again without valid reason (its kinda like random sh*t gets sniped just for roblox to say they have active moderation)

I keep getting banned for talking about harmless things and Roblox keeps calling it transphobia. Appealed and they called it discrimination again, despite the fact that I said nothing discriminatory in the first place.

i wonder if roblox is ever gonna get sued for them failing and not giving a fuck about protecting children/minors on their platform and literally letting pedophiles roam free without banning their accounts nor contacting the authorities with the information they have about them

From false reports leading to bans without warning, and harmless things getting deleted, the floor for a pair of glasses made by someone that isnt roblox being raised to 95 robux, to the toxic players over voice chat, this platform has gone down hill, and quick.

Tip: dont gamble your whole life relying on selling virtual items on a platform named ROBLOX.

I’m glad that most people are entirely on board with Roblox getting sued atp. They’ve been doing quite literally doing not jack squat about their issues with the platform or their users’ safety and uploaders.

I feel like Roblox is walking on eggshells with lawsuits (especially with the basically no moderation with public ugc causing a lot of copyright infringement) but also with stuff like that which was explained in this video a as well

This lawsuit was deserved, not to mention roblox is pretty lazy, like it only takes action when there is an popular twitter drama lmao, it also just likes destroying the community.

I sent a refund application a few weeks ago for some /classic/ items for 15 robux and the customer service was so incredibly frustrating to talk to even over something that small. This is like, mind boggling.
