Our new album "Good Together" is out now! Listen here: found.ee/LSDGoodTogether

One day, like many other days, I was obsessing over my skin, or my muscle tone, or if I was taking the right probiotics or if I needed to make an appointment with an intuitive healer to give me a meditation to stop eating chips all the time. I then thought to myself, “Will anyone care if I look different/better? Does it do anything for the world? For society? For the planet?” The answer was obvious and I wrote a note down to try for a song about my and well everyone’s obsession with self help. While the band was having a songwriting retreat I threw the idea out and this song came along with the wonderful work of Bridget and Akie.

  • It’s easy to get accustomed to the ‘over abundance’ of talent that LSD has given us adoring fans over a lengthy and distinguished career. That said, this tune is destined for greatness imho. The lyrics, inspired phrasing and Rachel’s impeccable delivery is just the surface layer- a brilliant example of the band’s signature stripped down, “just the essentials please” arrangement with a few horn bits sprinkled on top like fresh-ground black pepper which gives it an irresistible flavor and groove (Bridget rules 🤩!) The recording and production elevates it into serious Grammy contention- ITS THAT GOOD. LSD and this song makes the world we live in so much better! Thank you and please don’t stop!

Excellent group effort and the horns are just the cherry on a cery tasty cake.
  • Woo hoo! The rest of Good Together has arrived! This one may be my new favorite. 🎶

A step above elevator music. Music that’s tailor made to play in the courtyards at suburban “lifestyle centers” in between the trendy brew pub and the overpriced candle store. This is music for people who think steely dan is “too edgy”.
