2019 FALL FRONT PORCH DECOR

My front porch had nothing on it and I wanted to get into the season of Fall with non-traditional colors of blue, and white to match the exterior of my home! I added a few Mums, pine cones, layered some rugs, and DIY Fall sign to dress up the space. I also added a lantern, a pumpkin, and added a cute little stool for more interest.

Should i take the job with waste management for roll off? Im in dallas, never done roll off. They told me 19 a hour while in training then after im released i go on a daily rate then once im comfortable i go to full comission. I've never been paid like that ever, i told the manager i need a thousand a week or better lol he said if im not making more than that then something is wrong. So question, should i go for it or is it bullshit. What if truck breaks down etc?
