Speaking as a native Italian the effort Russell Crowe is putting into getting the language right, but most of all the Italian accent when speaking English is really impressive. I commend his performance.
  • Personally I thought this is the best Exorcism movie since the original Exorcist. It's a well rounded movie that delivers on multiple levels, a great Russel performance, great effects, some good twists on the Exorcism tropes and supporting cast. In the very least it's worth a watch if you like this kind of movies. Hopefully we'll get a sequel.

“When we jeer at the Devil…” that sent immediate chills. That is absolutely horrifying to read because it is so true beyond our own comprehension.
  • Just watched this and it was reallllllly good. He is such a good actor.

Not your usual hocus locus horror film. Really good story and acted perfectly

Personally, I'm sick of the "older sibling riddled with teen angst and always acting out" trope – but Crowe is a good actor and it's a not-bad movie.

I've already seen this in the theaters and all I can say is, I never expected to learn anything from this but I did learn some that for some reason, I can't forget them maybe because I had those thoughts lingering in my mind but never really bothered to seek answers but I got it from this movie haha. It wasn't scary but it's got good performance and overall, it's fantastic!

That’s actually a genius way of getting rid of a demon in the first scene 😂

I believe this the best exorcist I’ve seen so far. Too scary and action packed. The whole movie I love it. I don’t know why this movie is not blockbuster. I’m looking forward for part 2 because there’s 199 out demon are still need to exorcise. That’s my opinion.
  • @Namco_
Coming from a city close to Tropea, I can confirm that a local boy who speaks English is considered possessed
  • I Agree The movie The Popes Exorcist is a SPECTACULAR MOVIE I saw this and was ABSOLUTELY AMAZED HOW GREAT THIS MOVIE IS THE ACTING ALL OF THE CAST IS FANTASTIC I WILL BUY THIS FANTASTIC MOVIE AS WELL
  • Russel Crowe is the best actor alive today. The man has that rare gift of magic that he, gratefully for other humans. Crow uses his genius and manifest destiny as an actor and is on film. Forever compare. Orson Welles, Jack Nicholson, Russel Crow. From there, fill in the blanks between these pillars.
The bloke keeps it real. A master and commander of his genius!
  • Maximus Decimus Meridius (1??-192 AD) was the commander of the Armies of the North and the Felix Legions under the Roman Empire. The greatest general of Rome during the 2nd century AD, he served loyally under Emperor Marcus Aurelius during his Twelve Year Campaign against the Germanic tribes at Vindobona in Germania.

  • @KittyKat-ky5us
This scene is why I respect the hell out of the priest, because he acknowledges when someone is actually possessed and when they are simply mentally ill
