I have done this adjustment, and when a person is walking the belt still moves to one side. So it is better to adjust again when a person is walking on medium speed to totally make sure the belt doesn't move.

Hi there! The Wifi indicator light is not on and I try to hold down the right button for more than 5 seconds when it's in Standby mode but still didn't work. is there anyway to fix it please? Still not able to connect to App.

What version is this? I got R1 pro and don't have a side button. I tried all combos and can't enter any test or factory reset modes.... I got E15 error code and there's no documentation in the manual or internet how to fix it, it's clearly a software/firmware bug, there's nothing wrong with the code
