our ol’ pal Ness, from the FNAF movie, brought up an interesting question: is breakfast really the most important meal of the day? You see, loyal Theorist, breakfast companies have been LYING to you for decades and it has caused all of us to eat wrong for years. So how did that happen? And is β€œBig Cereal” really to blame for all of it?

MatPat is like that one kid in middle school theater who does whatever it takes to make his singular line in the play as impactful as possible
  • @s4ndr3x98
Matpat is the type of guy to make a 16 minute video over a 9 second cameo.
  • @NekoEcho13
I love that MatPat has LITERALLY made his own lines from a movie into a theory. Bless. πŸ˜‚

My hope is that they have Ness come back as a "conspiracy theorist" narrator who explains what happened in the previous movie. Would be a fun and unique way to remind people of what happened in the previous movie and would expand him outside of a cameo.
  • @scraptrap1805
I want to believe that mat asked for the "lunch is the most important meal of the day" line purely because he had this theory ready

As someone who used to work at an IHOP YEARS ago, that whole not eating before church thing makes so much sense because every single Sunday without fail we would get SWARMED by people after church let out without fail.

It's nice to see the difference in cultures all over the world. I remember always getting confused in American movies when people would say breakfast is the most important meal of the day - in Brazil it was always lunch. True food, as we call: rice, bean, meat etc. I also got actually scared to learn people in the US have just half an hour of lunch in a work-day, we have at least one hour (some lucky people get even two!) Now our breakfast (here called 'cafΓ© da manhΓ£'/coffee of the morning) is mostly composed of coffee, bread if you're hungry and... just it, probably. Personality, I just drink some chocolate milk because I got kids' taste and that's it. And I actually laughed seeing the part about dinner, because for us it's literally what breakfast used to be. Just a snack, or the food we didn't eat in lunchtime. Or we repeat the food we ate for lunch, which I know now isn't really healthy.

The fact Matpat is doing a theory on his own cameo is wild
  • Not only did he make a food theory on a movie based on a game, thus creating a three way crossover theory, he also based the theory around his own line. Legend

As a non-american, I've always found it fascinating that they eat such a complete meal for breakfast over there. Here in Norway eggs and bacon are reserved for fancy weekend breakfasts. Otherwise we just eat sliced bread for three out of four meals of the day πŸ˜‚

Matpat being in a movie about a game talking about food and dressed in a stylish costume. Thats the crossover of the century
  • @Deathy75
Yo guys, it's crazy how that one extra from the cafeteria scene from the fnaf movie opened a channel after the huge success the movie had, I hope he does more theories based around the fnaf lore
  • @user-up5bj6fj5t
They should have made that scene a entire 24 minute rant from Mathew explaining how lunch is the most important meal of the day
  • 12:10 it’s nothing huge but watching this as someone in ed recovery, that little disclaimer is incredibly important and means a lot! it can be so good to hear that instead of falling into another rabbit hole of food stuff. love you matpat! ❀
  • @charbars9006
I'm so happy this information is finally breaking surface into the main stream. I can't wait for Mat Pat to uncover more societal truthsπŸ™ŒπŸ”₯
  • As a college student I'm glad to know calling my 2pm lunch "breakfast" is historically correct
  • @SeoPantherkitty
I love how matpat just casually compliments himself while also giving a great theory
  • @Cheiff117
quality content as per, cant believe you got "its just a theory" into FNAF LORE Breakfast ofc is important depending on what your doing that day . however ive not had breakfast in like 8 years.. just makes me feel ill, i will have a larger lunch and dinner , or 2 lunches at 11am > 1/2pm and works better so i dont throw up in the morning lol
  • @shellyann2872
I have never played FNAF or read any books, but I have watched every Matpat video about it because his videos are so entertaining.
