8 years ago I was dying from Heroin addiction and a few years before that I was addicted to Alcohol. This video describes what I did to accomplish 8 years of time off these substances and just maybe give others hope to do the same.

Good video man I just hit 30 days yesterday, getting my chip tonight. Been working the steps this time, hitting meetings and gym daily. I feel amazing I am so happy this time around.
