This is Saima, she has done over 70 hours of driving lessons with a driving instructor. Saima has done 1 driving test but it was during covid times, so she was only able to drive for about 5 minutes before the test was terminated as she has made 1 serious mistake. Her driving test is coming up in 2 weeks time, so she wanted to see how she would get on.

I think some people in the comments forget what it's like to be a learner driver. I for one took 5 attempts to pass my driving test. I've now been driving 5 years. Some people learn at different paces. I know I failed because I got anxious and rushed things and made silly mistakes. Learning to drive is a massive scary thing. You all need to chill out she's with a professional who knows what she's doing
  • My heart felt for her. She really seems like such a sweet and humble lady. She just wanted to do well and find out all her mistakes. I hope she eventually did well and passed her test.

I’ve never felt so tense and stressed watching a mock video! really entertaining though!! 😂
  • @pinkbettas587
You can clearly tell she is trying her absolute best but unfortunately her nerves got the better of her. Hopefully with a little more practice she is able to pass her driving test. The best of luck Saima! Also Aman’s face the whole time 😂 aww

I hate people that beeps to learners, they forgot that they have been in this position once
  • @sarax4186
For those who are saying Amin should of stopped the test but the test would of gave her a clear idea on what she needs to work with Saima in her future lessons! These things aren’t just about manual or automatic! You’re still going to make them when your in automatic
  • @Mackieee
Aman videos like these really make you appreciate how many things an instructor has to pay attention to! Your reactions are really great - only when needed and very calm and concise! Saima did well with control and awareness in the quieter roads, I think the big roads were a bit overwhelming but like with most things will come over time!
  • @Nayaana86..
Don't give up Saima, keep learning and hopefully you will get there!
  • @Amy-di6lc
Passed first time with 0 minors today so I am SUPER happy!! I watched your videos in the lead up to my test so thankyou!!!

70 lessons? Unbelievable. She needs a far better instructor, or if she’s been taking lessons with family then she needs an ACTUAL instructor.
  • @ojk90
Watching this is brutal. I feel sorry for the gearbox and you had every right to be upset about how she handled the gears. Too rough and hard on gears. She has got to stop using first gear when she is not stopping.
  • @cnsmooth
There is no way this lady had "official" driving lessons. Unfortunately she is currently a danger to herself and other road users.

I passed my driver's license for my car and my 2 wheeler today. Thank you so much, Aman, for your videos, they really taught me so much and gave me confidence in doing better. This was the first video I came across from your channel so to stop by to convey my gratitude.
  • @lacko623
Loving these videos. And I felt the pain too. At one point I actually said out loud "please, just not first gear again" as she was doing it. Poor car. (Having said that, I did grind my own a little by accident too. 😅 Was slowing and puting it from fourth to third, but let the clutch up before it was actually in gear...)
  • @JimmyKros76
It’s amazing how you kept so calm during that drive. Well done! It’s questioning to see Saima’s reaction as you were pointing out her Serious and Dangerous faults of how she was agreeing with you yet, she didn’t understand the consequence of bad driving. Again well done for being so professional. It’s a pity that you don’t do lessons up in Manchester area.
  • @umbrellaman08
I always tell new learner drivers to always try to have several lessons with 2/3 different driving instructors (at the early stages) so they can spot bad habits and encourage the learner to fix the issues before they become a problem. Some instructors are milking learners and if you've had 70 hours of driving lessons and the learner doesn't understand the basics such as gears, signaling, signs, and who has priority on the roads then change driving instructors immediately! FYI - the poor gearbox had a rough day that day. :(
  • @jisoo1571
Actually really grateful for this video! I’m on my fifth lesson and a lot of the issues here are minor issues for me too, seeing them at a later stages of driving has helped me understand what my instructor means better!
  • @revathiramesh21
Better to go for Automatic when there are clutch issues even after 50 hours of driving. Also, her Instructor has to address the weak areas and make her work more on those specific ones. Few are so worried about Gearbox 🤷‍♀️, well she could have been stopped anytime rather than doing a mock test for 30 mins if that’s a major concern. I feel pity for the learner reading such negative comments. Constructive criticism is always good for the learner to make a good progress.
  • @daviemac9925
Hi Siama, oh blimey that was a scary one! There's some tidying up there to be done and I wish you luck with it, that's some score on the serious and dangerous faults. Aman your poor gearbox! It's a pity She couldn't get a few sessions with you before the test.
  • @TillyAygo19
I PASSED yesterday with only 1 minor after 6 attempts due to silly mistakes. I have a new respect for driving instructors I really feel for them when learners like this do silly mistakes and not only put themselves in danger but their instructor and also I'd be so scared of my car getting damaged 😅
