My husband and I KNEW our daughter’s name was going to be Bailey, we were certain. Got pregnant & ended up naming her Emerson (Emmy). Funny how things change!
  • My niece is eliana too 💖 the meaning is so special. And so beautiful to hear the reasoning for y’all after such a trying TTC journey 😭

Love these videos! TTC number 2 and we have a long list of names already but I enjoy adding to it

I’m 35 weeks with a sweet Oliver. We thought we were done with our two kids but we had a surprise pregnancy and found out when the baby was the size of an Olive. We called our babe Olive and I lost the pregnancy. We quickly realized we were not done having children and decided to have another baby, when it was a boy I knew I wanted to name him after our lose because without Olive we wouldn’t have known we needed Oliver. 🫒🖤
  • Thanks for such a lovely video! Eliana sounds like the perfect name for her. We are currently in the thick of trying to conceive with the baggage of an ectopic pregnancy last year, and I could just completely relate when you said that you couldn't carry the burden of having control in your TTC journey any longer. I long to give up my control as well but it is so difficult and I don't really know how. It is sadly such an anxious process.

Loved your choices and Aurora has always been a fave, but after seeing Willow, I fell in love with Elora Danan, but morphed it to Eloradanna, a bit long, but so melodic!

Hey, decent tangent after just seeing Alex's book video; I was wondering if you guys had any good books on Orchards & growing fruit/trees that bear fruit & also storing them for future use? One of my good friends recently has moved to a property that has a lot of fruit trees & she wishes to learn how to care for them & store the produce appropriately. I thought you guys might have some knowledge here! Also this might even be a type of book you both would be great at writing yourself, or indeed a how to guide on homesteading or taking care of a country property if formerly a city slicker/renter or so on. You've learnt a heap that can help others here I think! & have the photography skills to make a gorgeously beautiful book as well. Thanks :)

Love this video! I have had a name list for so long, i'm fascinated by names and their origins and meanings. Eliana is a beautiful name and I love that it came to you and just fitted in perfectly. One of my brothers names is Kahurangi which a lot of people think is blue but it also means 'gift from the gods' and he wasn't planned but he geninunely completed our family and god knew that we all needed him. Love all your videos! xx
  • I love baby names! Eliana is beautiful and suits your family so much. Our 18 month old girl is called Thomasin. It just clicked one day for us too and we can't imagine her as anything else. We call her Thommy for short ☺
  • @Sabbpie
Such a beautiful name. Congratulations to you guys!

One of my closest friend called her wee girl Elowen which is Cornish. Pronouned 'el-oh-winn'. It's so pretty and unique.
  • @yelodie
Hi there ! Those are all beautiful names and Eliana seems perfect for her. I was surprised you mentionned the name Elodie. I didn’t think it was known in english speaking countries. It’s my name actually, I love it. I’m French and it’s very popular in French speaking countries. Anyway, I hope Eliana will have a beautiful life 😊
  • Don't let knowing someone with a name prevent you from using it! I get it if you don't LIKE the person with that name, but just knowing someone with the same name shouldn't prevent you from using it!
  • We always knew what our daughter would be named but had our 2 boys first 😂. For our eldest we each chose a name we both loved and the plan was to wait until he was born to see which name suited him but when I was 30 weeks I decided that he didn't feel like a Toby (my pick) so we went with hubby's pick Gabriel and it suits him so well! We really struggled with our second son, I wasn't sold on hubby's pick & he kept shutting down my suggestions but eventually he agreed on one and that's how we got our Tate. Little miss was always going to be Isobel but when we found out we were having a girl I didn't like the middle names we had picked out anymore so we ended up naming her after my great grandmother for her middle names (Amelia Lee). Naming your children isn't as easy as it seems but when you have that name that's just the perfect fit you feel good about it forever 😊
