The official opening of the Paris Olympics is set for a first-of-its kind ceremony with thousands of athletes sailing down the river Seine and even more spectators lining its banks to witness the spectacle. Céline Dion and Lady Gaga have been spotted in the city, rumored to be special guests of the event. NBC’s Tom Llamas reports for TODAY.
