Here’s the BEST Cardio Machine For Fat Loss 💪🏽🔥

It’s actually not what you might think.

My favorite cardio machine for fat loss is the Jacob’s Ladder.

It is the KING of cardio because it’s a full body exercise while activating multiple muscle groups at once 👑

So strap in your belt to the appropriate height and then get on the ladder.

What I like is that the machine only moves once you start moving.

The exercise is very similar to the Bear Crawl.

Make sure your back is straight, your chest is up and your head is up when you do it.

When you’re on the ladder, just start climbing steadily.

The faster you go, the faster it moves, so go at a steady state to do it longer.

For beginners, 10-15 minutes is fine.

For advanced users, 20 and above works.

  • I'm sweating buckets after literally five minutes of this thing! If you have access to one in your gym I highly recommend it!

I never saw this machine before in my life.

My apartment gym has this machine but no one has ever dare to use this machine! I’ll try it tomorrow :)

Most gym's had that machine in the 90s. They got rid of them because no one used them. Just because your gym doesn't carry it, doesn't mean it's not effective. You need to wear it with a harness, it will cripple your limbs if you fall off it and don't have the harness. The harness is not optional is what I am saying. I used to do it, 5 minutes, 7.5 minutes, trying to work up to 10 minutes. The gym went more powerlifting and got rid of it.
  • They have this at the Y I have NEVER seen anybody on it sits alone in the corner I’ll try it today
