First fnaf theory without matpat 😢

I think something everyone has forgotten from an old theory. Scott had said every game is telling the same story. With the mimic now in play it makes total sense.

I really appreciate that he is keeping the same animations, and styles that were unique to Mat pat's edits, such as his cut out person occasionally making an appearance.

Seeing Tom go from MatPat’s amateur couch theorist for FNAF to him now writing, voicing and publishing his own official FNAF theory is insane! Kudos to him

This theory actually works so well. But something else I’d like to add to this is with our original 4 being at the circus. It clicked with me that we see in MULTIPLE games that if you press Freddys nose, it honks, very similar to a clown nose honk. This honk is a gag to make characters goofy, more likable, and funny. So it would make sense that a bear, normally associated with fear, would have this bit. I think you’re completely correct here Tom with these characters being from the circus, and Freddy’s nose is a key detail that we all just thought was for fun.

In Help Wanted Two, the prize claw machine, Freddy's Cupcake Bonanza, the background of it is literally a poster of Fall Fest. It has many of the main characters singing on stage. I really excepted him to mention that but he didnt?

Traditionally (notably Shakespeare), the Jester/Fool is the comic relief but also the truth-teller - the only one who speaks truth when nobody else dares. I definitely get that vibe from Eclipse.

Theory: What if the mimic was meant to lure Cassidy (Golden Freddy/ Princess) down instead of Cassie? It could explain why it uses Gregory’s voice, IF Gregory is a robotic CC (and if CC and Cassidy were both in Golden Freddy) than it would make sense to use his voice to lure the princess back.

if henry was the one who made the costumes into animatronics it would also make sense he was the one who did all the electronics in the circus, thus if it all malfunctioned and went up in flames, william afton would be mad at henry, because he did all the electronics and that malfunctioned, so it would lead up to him killing charlie, as revenge for henry ruining the circus

Even thought MatPat retired, seeing Tom continue his path to fully solve the FNAF lore feels like a true theorist legend and friend.
