  • I had a toy sand when I was a child that didn't get wet. There was some tools to use to let it into the water and after you got it out it was dry and sandy again. Only in the water it kept together as a kind of clay, so you could build things under the water. Don't know what happened to it but perhaps mom through it all away because it was too messy.
