Dedicated to the memory of Dawn Brancheau . This is the previous SeaWorld Shamu show called "Believe" filmed in San Diego, California on March 3, 2009., On February 24, 2010 at SeaWorld Orlando the orca "Tilikum" drowned Dawn - an experienced female trainer as at least two dozen tourists looked on from above a whale tank and from an underwater viewing area. Following this event, trainers no longer go into the water with the orcas at SeaWorld parks shows.

  • my heart hurts for them. although they are magnificent and are absolutely beautiful to watch, everytime i think of how they spend their entire lives stuck in that tiny pool of water, training and performing so humans can earn money and derive joy from watching them, it just breaks my heart. they deserve to be free in the wild.
  • I understand that people love to see them. They are powerful, intelligent, beautiful and majestic. You immediately fall in love with them. But you don’t see what happens after the show…Orcas are not made for living in these small pools!! They are born for living in the biggest oceans on earth.

Theses are beautiful creatures, and they are even more beautiful in there natural habitat.
  • It's cringe how the music makes people think it's some sort of "special moment" but turn the music off for a second and it will help u see what's really going on.

I remember watching this as a kid in-person and thinking HOW COOL the orca show was. It was the biggest thing at SeaWorld: these ginormous beautiful creatures doing tricks. They made it seem like orcas had the intelligence/temperment of dogs. Then Blackfish came out and revealed the truth these poor slaves had to endure.

I lived in Hawaii by the ocean. I used to make bread & do dishes near to my kitchen window upstairs. This is where I got a SPECTACULAR view of the dolphins & whales playing outside in the water. They never belonged in a tiny pool of water such as this, it's a shame; & should be OUTLAWED! Just people makung money off the pain of animals for others to behold.
  • @laracarol8850
don't think that the orca are doing this for any other reason than food
  • This is so sad. Those animals belong in the ocean. Not as entertainment.

I’m crying watching this video Tilikum and all are the orcas who are not alive anymore. We think of you poor babies! in the wild world they could be still alive Tilikum we remember you we think of you. We love you
  • Everyone coming here should be supporting the conservation of these amazing animals, so that we have them for all of our future generations.

70% of this planet covered with water. Imagine this wild creature which supposed to live in that 70% have to live in that tiny lil pool.

Orcas are beautiful and amazing animals.
  • @LyleVargo
Incredible presentation with so emotions and that dark side of captivity.
  • I know they don’t belong in captivity but watching this show so many years later it feels so magical, like walking into Disney world. Brought a tear to my eye. They are magnificent and I’m so glad we have this video. I now would love these orcas to live out their lives in the best way possible, wherever that may be (sea pen).
  • its not "normal" for their dorsal fin to be like that, search it up.
