After losing 85 lbs the only problem I have with Carnivore is the sadness I feel when I see my family getting fatter and being in public and seeing the general population so large and unhealthy.

No such thing as phytonutrients. They are phytochemicals for the defense of the plant. They got a woke rebrand.

In 2019 I went to see my doctor for a physical at my mother's instance after a year of clean Keto. I hadn't seen him in over a decade. Based on his comment, "There's nothing wrong with you, why did you come in?" I wasn't sure what he was asking so I told him the truth, to convince my mom nothing was wrong with me. I haven't been back since.

Juicing just about killed me. It messed up my gut health so bad that I could not sit straight up, I had to lay back. Wish I had never seen a nutra bullet commercial.

I hope more carnivore couples start like JJ and Eric start popping up quickly all over the planet. My wish for people on SSRIs would give this way of life of try.❤

16:30 I can relate. I'm much more happier or at the very least at peace. Generally before, my chronic anxiety & depression would kick right in over so many world wide issues, & I would just explode 🤯 Where as now I of course get upset & mad, yet I convey my upset in a much more calm, collective & concise manner. When I was living & breathing the Carbs, I had no control over my outbursts & responded to things irrationally. Awesome interview with an Awesome Couple, by an Awesome Interviewer

Great interview 👍. Cholesterol is a non issue. Look up what Dr. Chaffee says about that, and the 2015 or 2016 JAMA article on that. Keep on interviewing, Dave 😀

I remember when my college age son came home for a visit and complained that there was nothing but “old people food” in the house. At the time I was following a Paleo approach so no sweets ir junk in the house. Also that feeling of having a secret hack that makes you feel that you’re improving instead of declining? I have that at age 71. I can remember my parents at that age and also my siblings are declining whereas I feel as if I’m just getting better with age.
