Chill on André 3000

I appreciate watching your take on it, and I agree 100%. I find the discourse around it very disingenuous and lame to be frank. If that man don't want to make a rap album, he doesn't have to. He doesn't owe us anything. Saying he's "looking down his nose" at Hip-Hop couldn't be further from the truth, and if ANYTHING he's respecting the art form by not dropping something halfheartedly. Honestly I thought this from the start(and since seen Pete Rock state something similar) this album from him is a GIFT to Hip-Hop even though that wasn't his intent. This album can be chopped and sampled from, and what's more Hip-Hop than that? People just need to chill with the sensationalism, and entitlement and enjoy it or not enjoy it, but it's what he was inspired to make and share with us.
