As a 76 year old that was participating on the outskirts and in the increasing awareness of American endurance road cycling in early 70’s and 80’s the efforts are now are astounding.

I don't know how these guys do it. I rode 31 miles a few weeks ago and haven't even wanted to LOOK at my bike since then! Excellent video chock full of data. Bravo.

His ability for recovery is ridiculous as well. Just a week later, he went to Chequamegon pro Lifetime Grand Prix race and got 23rd. Then a month later got 10th place at Big Sugar. Most of us mortals would be done for the year after a Divide finish
