  • It happened to me a few days ago, first time in my life, and it was the most terrifying experience I'd ever had. Totally unexpected. Literally, I thought I was dying. I am still feeling dizzy and unstable.
  • @DAR0BA
Doing these tests is the last thing I wanna do when I have vertigo 😂
  • @boycesteven
“Very disturbing when you get that dizziness.” That puts it mildly.
  • Who else gets the floaty feeling even when you’re not experiencing vertigo like all day? I had this on and off over 2 years now
  • @downtoearth5108
Thankyou Bob and Brad. Your're both spot on for me with my Vertigo. I'm 59 years old and started experiencing Vertigo in my late 30's. The symptoms are more severe now I'm 59. Listening to you both gives me reasurrance to follow you both. Thank you both again.
  • @caseknive
Watching him lay down like that freaks me out, I can't lay down flat at all, instant dizzy, vertigo sucks
  • @keithbruens
I did the first test (45 degrees to the left and lay back). Holy cow I had to get up immediately feeling like I was going to vomit. This has plagued me periodically for about 25 years after a 2nd degree concussion. Thank you gentlemen

I started in 2017, and it's been haunting me none stop, it doesn't go away as long as it used to, I just want it to end.
  • Used foam earplugs nightly for 2 years...started to experience BPPV vertigo and balance issues....stopped using the earplugs.....no more vertigo or balance issues. Thank You, Jesus!

I had an attack of BPPV a couple of years ago - I was going to my doctor for something else and while I was there I suddenly started feeling really dizzy and I had uncontrollable vomiting- my doctor was very, very alarmed and so were her technicians. I also could not stand or walk without assistant. So my doctor would NOT let me drive home so she called the local hospital and they sent an ambulance. I was in ER for about 5 hours - since nothing showed up on all the scans, blood tests, and xrays they were very dismissive with me when they released me. I went to see my rheumatologist several days later and he had the exact same attack as I had and he told me I had BPPV.

Thanks! I had this last week for 3 days after 10km intensive running. Went running yesterday again and it was back. Did my research and I think it's BPPV. I was at the doctor last week and pointed to my head and said "somehow I have the impression something is wrong inside my head on the left." I'm starting to understand what now! I did the Epley manoevre to the left, bit of speculation, became very dizzy and waited till it stopped (saw this in another video of yours!) and noticed a major improvement immediately. Somehow I think the vertical movement of my running triggers it. I found this research study related to that: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo after intense physical activity: a report of nine cases Next week I have a CT scan of my head in the hospital. ( P.S. A sister from my church send me messages last week telling me that she woke up in the night and the Holy Spirit told her to tell me my problem were the crystals in my ear.. I didn't look into it at that time, but now I think she might have been right. )

Laying down looking at my phone my head feels like it’s moving back and fourth for a few secs
  • @laelpierce5119
Thank you! This is exactly what's been going on with me for about two weeks. It's nice to know this happens and I'm not raving nutters!
  • @tc8387
Here is what has helped me greatly. Each Day Magnesium -500mg COQ10 -100mg Ginkgo Biloba -240mg Multi-vitamin with B6 & Riboflavin.
  • Poor Brad. My question is why did the crystal become dislodged to begin with? I woke up dizzy. Scary. Did two reps and am eased back on stacked pillows. I laid flat first. I think its gone. I pray its gone. Terrifying experience 😳
  • @tectorama
I experienced Vertigo for the first time (I am now 68yo) about a month ago. It was a terrifying experience, which I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. It only lasted about 15 seconds, but felt like a lot longer. I sat on the bed for four hours, unable to move. Since then I've had three more attacks, not quite so bad, but bad enough. I am now doing various exercises to try to prevent it happening again, or at least make the recovery quicker. After an attack it can take me two or three days to fully recover.

I read on the internet a few years age to take Magnesium so I tried and still take now three or four times a week so far so good.
