I love to make bruschetta chicken with this recipe. Thin cut Chicken dredged lightly in flour, top with artichokes, jar of bruschetta and season with salt, pepper, basil and feta. Dump in casserole, Bake and enjoy! Yum!

What a great canning recipe. The jars are so beautiful and the tomatoes look Happy to be in the Jar. I love your tips on checking your vinegar's for acidity level and suggestions for using the bruschetta, I was thinking on scrambled eggs, even as a salad or pasta salad dressing....Thank you for sharing this recipe and you talent.

Lovely lovely job with this video!!! Those jars looks so pretty, just garden beautiful! I also like to use bruschetta with pasta, as the base actually. I'll take a bowl of penne and add some bruschetta to it and mix it just like that and nothing else. delicious!!
