Relationship goals... find yourself someone who looks at you how Brandi and Catherine look at each other throughout this video 😍 Been following you since my teens 15ish years ago. In 2009 2 of my friends from school killed themselves then a few years later another 3 in one year. It was absolutely brutal but your music and particularly your song That Year, weirdly also released in 2009, really helped me through it all. Thank you for all of the amazing music you have shared with us all over the years ❤

I have stage 4 cancer. Sometimes I have sever anxiety attacks and my go to music that will bring me back off the ledge is Brandi Carlile. It could be 1 song or 10. However long it takes for her exquisitely beautiful voice to calm me. From one woman in Seattle to another - Thank you Brandi!

I live on the island of Newfoundland in Canada, and our province is also called "The Rock". I know your song isnt about us, but wow, it captures the island. We even have/had a band called Great Big Sea with Alan Doyle as the lead singer. I love this song. I love your eclectic music and that you dont stick to one genre of music.
