im not even a dive, but there are no ive skips for me, all their songs are absolute masterpieces their genre and concept is very elegant, classy and feminine rather than girly and youthful or girl crush

About Wonyoung, she became a sort of icon of a movement created by her fans and who also come to be very popular even among the non fans lately, calling "wonyoungism", consisting in taking care of yourself, taking in charge your life and globally becoming a better version of yourself with Wonyoung as an inspiration. Unfortunately there's also people who use it kinda too in the extreme, and who fall into ED, using wonyoungism to promote it. People hate on Wonyoung for no good reason and she gets scrutinized and criticized for every single petty thing people can come up with. I'll be the first to admit that I myself disliked her for a long time but I've come around to realize that the things that brothered me were not her fault but the product of the culture surrounding her. (Like she getting praised in Korea for being extremely skinny). And even then, when I didn't get all the hype around her, I still thought it wasn't warrant throwing so much hate on a teenager who's just doing her job and doing it very well. After spending time actually getting to know her, I think she's just a sweetheart and incredible strong and level-headed young woman.

IVE's music is great. Their MVs are top-tier.
