Imagine George Clooney delivering some of Batman's most iconic lines. "I am Vengeance. I'm the night, I guess?" shrugs "I'm Batman."

"That doesn't sound very PC, what about Bat-Person or Bat-Woman" What a weird fucking line.

My problem with Batgirl being Alfred’s niece is that it gives me a thought of a girl from a private school instead of a public school. She doesn’t have the training that a police commissioner daughter would have. Made her not believable as Batgirl. She only Batgirl because she is related to Alfred. To quote Deadpool “that is just lazy writing.”

Only two words needed to describe Batman and Robin .. "Bat Nipples!"

I don’t dislike Robin’s suit in this film, but it really makes him look like he’s just Nightwing with a cape (which I guess is technically true, but it’s weird.)

As a kid not gonna lie I loved these cheesy Batman Movies 😆😁 But so glad they changed for the better 👍 Michael Keaton Batmans were cool 😎
  • Val had the best jaw line for Batman George almost plays the perfect live action Bruce Wayne without trying or being in a Batman movie yet the actual best Batman in live action was the first not saying that the newer Batman actors didn't work for me just how Michael Keaton pretty much squashed any chance someone actually nearly doing 1 to 1 representation of the source material better is beyond comprehensive thought

I honestly forgot Bane was in this movie

Also I would love to see a video on Batman Beyond titled " Why Terry McGinnis is Batman."

Alicia would've been better as Blabk Canary. Clooney was OK, just felt off as Batman.... would've been better as Hal Jordan back then.

George Clooney was better in from Dusk Till Dawn.

Might just be the booze talking here, but I think George would be perfect for an elder Bruce in a live action Batman beyond.

Thank you for another insightful, developed and sophisticated video.😀

I will still be defender of Batman and Robin for costumes, props and maybe sets.

Clooney's Bruce Wayne is straight off the comic book. But he was miscast here. The script was bad, the plot was bad, This had more of a 66 Batman feel. Chris O'Donnell was irritating, Thurman, Arnie, camped it up.

We need to stop the "dick was completely perfect jason was the rebellious one" take. While it's true he started that way, Dick did start to gain more and more of his own independence, even dropping out of college to spite Bruce. Later adaptations portray him as someone who does act up because he sees through the rouse of Bruce sheltering him. Look at the emmy award winning episode "Robin's Reckoning," which came out two years before Forever. Dick is portrayed as someone who wants to be seen as more than a kid (he was also a college student) and even in the flashbacks, he sneaks out and does things kids shouldn't. Also personally i wish they didn't use Nightwing's symbol in the second movie if they weren't going to make his journey about figuring out his own identity. Not just because it's embarrassing for a grown ass man to be complaining about every little thing like hes a bratty teenager, but also it ruined the image of a red and black Nightwing for me (one of rhe reasons i don't like his new 52 look)

I think Batman and Robin is a good film, it depends on how you see it, even today the CGI holds up compared to many films today, Schumacher at the time had to stick to Warner's rules, where they wanted an even bigger toy film, but basically the film is not bad, I have a special memory, and even today I see it with pleasure, the opening scene is cool, like the chase with freeze, it has objective defects, but it has a good rhythm and never gets boring, finally it has the best dialogues with bruce and alfred
