Epstein-Barr Virus and Hashimoto's

Good day doc. Just saw your you tube video popping up. Ive got eipstein barr virus in 2020, the doctor just said its i normal viral infection and it would last to 3 or 4 weeks then i would start feeling better. Long story short turns out that that virus gave me thyroid issues. Im from south africa but im currently working as a muso on a contract in spain. My symptoms started in middle of june, unexplained constipation, digestive issues(i do have IBS), and really aggressive food sensitivities. The doctors here in spain just said that my thyroid is a little low thats all. Im depressed because these doctors cant speak and understand english fluently and doesn't seems to care about your explanation of your symptoms. Is there any possibility that doctor can reach out to me. Im really in need to advise and i dont know what to do.

I started taking PS100 which dramatically lowered my cortisol and solved many of my issues. I then started taking BHT which is rumoured to be able to dissolve the lipid membrane on epstein Barr. Have you heard of these? I’m guessing epstein Barr is my root cause so I’m pinning my hopes on curing epstein Barr to cure my hashimotos/thyroid issues.
