    Ngl… i cried A LOT while doing this meditation. I’ve been through years of bullying from schoolmates, family and myself. I’m 27 years old and I still trying to accept and love myself. It’s so hard! I’m learning to love myself unconditionally

    I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. youtube.com/post/Ugkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIat… This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

    We can tend to forget to treat ourselves because we are too focused on others, but self love is not selfish. we thrive and with that we have to nourish our bodies and accept ourselves even at our worse. sending lots of love 💕

    This made me realize several things: 1) Self love and UNCONDITIONAL self love are very different. 2) You don’t take care of yourself because you “deserve” or “earned” it. Give yourself love when it’s needed. 3) Likewise, you don’t have to punish yourself just because you make mistakes. Thank you for these lessons ❤️

    Ive had a bad depression rut and a shattered heart for a few weeks now and started meditation to regain myself... I do your 5 min morning meditation everyday... I decided to do this one and OMG... I broke down afterwards due to the feeling ai felt.... I havent felt like that in years and it reminded me that i can do everything i have to if i just love myself and make sure to give love to my body and my soul. Thank you so much for this!
