I don't know how you can deal with that heat girl ❤ It's been SO hot up here again today I left my dogs with a friend while I ran errands because my air conditioner died in the van. It became too unbearable I had to pull down to a lake and I just kicked off my shoes and walked into the water ... Please be careful girl ... holy crap! Stay hydrated, and I know you are xoxo

Jayne I use a medication called Hydroxyzine HCL 50 mg! It’s an allergy pill but it also help you sleep!! It worked for me for years. It might help!!
