US Vice-President Kamala Harris assailed Donald Trump at her first campaign rally since becoming the Democratic presidential candidate. During her speech in Wisconsin, Harris compared her background as a former prosecutor to Trump’s record as a convicted felon. During the rally, Harris also vowed that Americans were “not going back” to the “chaos” of the Donald Trump years. Harris also said that if elected, she would act to expand abortion access, make it easier for workers to join unions and address gun violence. Meanwhile, Harris opened up a marginal two-percentage-point lead over Trump, a Reuters/Ipsos poll found. Watch the video to find out more.
