Minor note: The Mosquito queen actually survives her encounter with Saitama and reappears later on with prosthetic limbs. It's a lot more clear in the Manga because he literally slaps her THROUGH the building instead of bouncing her off of it, but it the anime, you CAN see a little twinkle in the upper right corner as she goes blasting off team rocket style.
