I would recommend Blackpink Shutdown, Pink Venom and Typa girl they are all very good songs and they all have their own solo songs aswell.

The 3rd song "BOOMBAYAH" is their debuted song, so they 're hot since the starting.

Before Blackpink I wasn't into k-pop. Hardly heard it. When Coachella 2023 was on, seeing Blackpink as the main event, I gave the chance to watch it. Best decision ever. Loved the performance , the dancing, their voices, how they all have completely different styles but go perfectly well together and how many people are attending to see them is just insane. I literally became a blink within an hour of watching their Coachella performance. The opening song was Pink Venom, it was AWESOME!! These girls definitely changed K-pop, they don't seem like your basic just another kpop group, they seem bigger than k-pop honestly. More like K-BOOM because their beats and vocals and dances just hit in the best way and can't get enough of it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

You know what makes BLACKPINK different from other groups? So far no group (that I know or follow) has a successful combination of 2 rapper, 2 dancers, 1 low deep voice and 1 high pitch vocal while all 4 of them are equally visually a fashion beauty. Oh and they slay records and live performances too. These girls are one in a million! ✨💅🏻💅🏻

3 years ago, when all my friends were gushing about kpop, i was under the impression kpop was all about being cute and stuff. my brain went full 180 when i started listening to blackpink. They are just full badass with sweet personalities behind the scene. They got me into kpop. I tried to listen to other groups but no one can contest. 2NE1, Bigbang, Babymonsters (their little sisters in the agency), Treasure (brothers from the same agency), and Straykids do come second. I hope you listen to more of them! 🎉 Edit: Blackpink's bop songs are trullllyyy bops but once you get to know them and what they went through (they get a lot of hate from other fandoms) listen to You Never Know, The Happiest Girl, then Tally. 😊

I’m a 53 yo American male who likes stuff like Depeche Mode, Rap, Rock etc with a 15 yo daughter that pushed this on me. Once I looked and listened I was hooked. Saw them in LA in November and going to Vegas next month to see them again. They are AWESOME live.

If you want to see something really cool with language, do a reaction to the MV for Whistle and then in the same video react to the JAPANESE MV version of the same song. It’s wild how they are so great with languages. The raps in the Japanese version are entirely in English and are different from the raps in the regular version! Hardly any reactors are doing this, and since you were so impressed with their language skills, I think you would really enjoy it. You should also definitely check out Pink Venom, How You Like That, and Shut Down. But please wait on Shut Down until you’ve seen a handful of their other music videos, because the MV for Shut Down has a ton of references to all their previous videos, and you’ll appreciate it more after you’ve seen the older ones. Shut Down is awesome and my personal favorite.
