Ms Ganntt I enjoy your cooking lessons. My mom died when I was 18. She was sick with a bad heart. But I have found out that by paying attention to the ladies at church, I already knew some of recipes. I paid attention😮😮. I’m now 65. Never married no children. But I always cooked Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas dinner for the ones from church who were like family to me. I cooked for at least 15 to 20 people. They brought side dishes or a ham, I always fixed a turkey. And all the trimmings. This is a long comment, I just wanted to thank you. I love how God brings people together.

When my children were young, I always would make my gravy with a small amount of milk and the rest water. I used the milk to satisfy my husband’s desire for “milk gravy” like his mother made. I used water to save the milk for my children to drink😀😀.
