  • @PR-pe9oc
I’m real glad I found you! Spasticity makes up, at least, 70% of my “struggles”. My neurologist refuses to explain anything to me, and your info is very helpful. Thank u

Thank you Dr B. Love the video. More over, love the wooden painting on your wall!!! Very apt for the subject!!
  • @nicolecsato
My spasticity is definitely worsened when I'm stressed.
  • @jktbbenji
Great help and explanation! Thank you Doc!
  • Dr. Booster, Your the best. A while back I wrote to say, you make God smile. You are outstanding. I learn alot from your videos, and I pass on the information to newly diagnosed MS people. I reference your lectures/videos. From all of us suffering from this awful disease, thank you! Your new friend Vincent

Thank you for the in-depth explanation of the common symptom of MS. Very painful. Great job 👌👌👌
  • @mdatichy
Thank you so much for this information. You have no idea how your description made much more sense than any information I've received until this video. I've developed 2 ulcers and now I understand how they occurred. I think I may have another UTI so I'm calling my doctor right now. Thanks Dr. B you are the best <3 <3 <3
  • Always informative. My feet seized up Saturday night. My wonderful son massaged them so I could walk again

Hi Dr. Boster. TYVM for another great Vid-👍format. My pro tip on stretching is that if you are struggling on land to stretch, then try doing your stretches in the pool. This is where I can really give my quads a good stretch without fighting gravity or losing balance. 🙃

Thank you dr. Boster , very helpful 👍. I do have right drop foot and spasticity on my right leg🙁, I stop driving , working and I used AFO but not really helping, stretching is the best but it will knock you down to sleep !
  • @mikeecko
Another great video Dr B. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻 I'm When I was first diagnosed I was getting spasms every 20 minutes or so . They would only last from 15 to 20 seconds, It was unbelievably horrible. Baclofen fixed it and got rid of my spasms. Thank God
  • @sandrak9173
Glad I found this…. I think I have MS ☹️ I have all symtoms , oligoclonal bands in spinalfluid… but I have EDS and fibromyalgia also, so no stretch for me but maybe a slow walk, I struggle with walking 😔
  • @maggiemae2585
Thank you! Spasticity of my right leg is by far my worst MS symptom. I can ignore the others (most of the time) but when your leg is hurting and doesn't want to move....that can really mess up your day.

Hi Dr B! Are you able to post a video of what types of simple stretches we can do? Thanks ☺️
